Ego Hænricus dictus Hetzær de Chesching universis presentem paginam inspecturis cupio fore notum, :| quod predium meum sive pratum situm im Hard hospitali sancte Katerine Rat(ispon)e in pede pontis integraliter proprietatis articulo vendidi tali forma, quod a me vel uxore mea filiis et filiabus aliisque parentibus in parte aliqua mihi attinentibus contra hospitale id nulla querimonia vel infestacio moveatur decetero super eo hac convencione posita etiam inscripta, quod ex eodem predio seu prato post decessum mei et uxoris mee Perchte videlicet super ecclesiam beate virginis sitam in Chesching sine qualibet contradictione LXa denarios monete Ing(o)lstatensium predictum hospitale annualiter representet, quos de gratia et consolacione domini Starine (?) dicti de Fliugeling iure pro personarum nostrarum transitu tenuimus feodali; ut hec rata permaneant et inconfulsa me Hænricum et uxorem meam supradictam Hænricum Sengonem cum Chunrado superiori dicto im Weiær ipsi hospitali obligo specialiter responsuros sicut iure isdem terminus utitur et racione. Testes huius sunt hii: Eberhardus dictus de Erlach,Chunradus superior im Weiær, Hænricus Sengo, Hilprandus de Moiring, Alberttus vilicus de Lenting, Arnoldus vilicus de Chesching, Hænricus de Slozzær, Ch(unradus) de Ing(o)lstat gener Hetzærii, Alberttus Steiumeten (?) sun, Otto Sroten sun et alii quam plures. Placet ut sigilli Hetzærii robur diligencius huic littere inpendatur. Acta sunt anno domini Mo CCo nonagesimo primo, circa festum Margarete.
