Bischof Siegfried von Hildesheim überträgt der Ägidienkapelle bei der Hausstelle des Poppo an der Andreaskirche in der Stadt Hildesheim das Eigentum der benachbarten Hausstelle, auf welcher der verstorbene Stiftsherr an St. Andreas Heyseke gewohnt hatte, auf Bitten der Brüder Ludolf und Burkhard von Cramm, Ritter, die sie nach Lehnsrecht besaßen. In nomine domini amen. Sifridus dei gratia Hildensemensis ecclesie episcopus omnibus in perpetuum. Quamvis omnibus locis deo dicatis et clero nobis commissis in quantum possumus benefacere teneamur, maxime tamen hiis, qui magis indigent et qui reddituum et proventuum quantitate modica sublevantur, hinc est, quod nos considerantes redditus et proventus capelle sancti Egidii site apud aream Popponis in confinio ecclesie sancti Andree nostre civitatis nimis fore tenues et debiles, eam in hoc respeximus, quod aream adiacentem dicte capelle, super qua dominus Heyseko bone memorie quondam canonicus ecclesie sancti Andree antenotate habitaverat, ad instanciam honestorum militum Ludolfi et Borchardi fratrum de Cramme, qui eam a nobis in feodo tenuerunt, accepta ab eis dicte aree resignatione libera, ob spem divine retributionis eandem cum advocatia ipsius aree et attinentiis quibuslibet de consensu nostri capituli prefate capelle in dotem et ad usus capellani ipsius, qui pro tempore ipsam rexerit et possederit, in proprium donavimus perpetuo possidendam. Ut autem hec nostra donacio et proprietatio perpetuis temporibus firma permaneat et a nemine infringatur, presentem litteram inde confectam sigillis nostro videlicet et nostri capituli in evidens testimonium et robur perpetuum fecimus communiri.
