Ego Ulricus Vitulus omnibus presens scriptum intuentibus cupio fore notum, quod ego de voluntate et consensu filiorum meorum Heinrici, Ottonis et Eberhardi aream et ortum meum situm in villa Ranshoven omni cessante conditione ad procurationem Domini Chunradi Prepositi liberaliter tradidi Ecclesie Ranshovensi. Preterea noverint tam presentes quam posteri, quod ego receptis XII. talentis et dimidio mediam partem Hube site in Ranshoven, quam iure feodali a nobilibus de Ror habui, Domino Jansoni et Ottoni de Ror fratribus voluntarie resignavi, sicut ipsi ius, quod eis in dicta Huba competierat, darent Ecclesie Ranshovensi, quemadmodum illi fecerunt sine mora. Partera vero residuam pro conservatione prefate Ecclesie contuli Wernhardo, Alberoni, Engelhardo et Hcinrico servis eiusdem Ecclesie, Qui eandem partem per manum meam pro LX. talentis usualis monete memorate Ecclesie obligarunt. Ne igitur donatio et collatio huiusmodi a quoquam minui valeat vel infringi, ipsam sub sigillo Domini Chunradi Stalonis militis de Julbach duxi presenti litera confirmandam. Actum Anno Domini MCCLXL. in die Bonifacii in Burchusa.
