    Nos Wernhardus dei gratia Ecclesie Patauiensis (episcopus) tenore confitemur presentiuin, quod, cum dilectus in christo frater noster dominus Chunradus venerabilis prepositus Ranshofensis tanquam vir prouidus et discretus futuris volens dispendiis occurrere, a nobis rationabiliter petiuisset, quatenus ei de paterna sollicitudine curaremus prouidere, ne futurus plebanus Ecclesie in Půchchirichen decimas suas in Hartperg antiquo iure pertinentes ad Ecclesiam Ranshofensem, quas ex quodam contractu celebrato inter prepositum Ranshofensem et dilectum nobis dominum Wernhardum venerabilem prepositum Oetingensem Plebanum in Půchirichen idem plebanus de Půchirichen tenet et possidet ad vite sue tempora, nomine Ecclesie Ranshouensis occupet vel ab Ecclesia Ranshouensi distrahere presumat vel quomodolibet alienare.||
    Nos suis precibus annuentes de partium, inter quos (sic) contractus extitit celebratus, consensu Ranshouensi Ecclesie in predictis decimis recognoscimus de certa scientia sua iura et ea precipimus et volumus ei inuiolabiliter obseruari. In cuius rei testimonium presentes dedimus literas nostro sigillo munitas. Datum Patauie Anno domini Millesimo CC. Nonagesimo quinto Bartolomei Apostoli.
