    Nos wernhardus dei gracia ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus ad perpetuam rei memoriam scire uolumus uniuersos tam presentes quam posteros, quod uenerabilis frater noster dominus Chunradus prepositus ecclesie Ranshouensis in nostra constitutus presencia quedam statuta per eum et conueutum suum edita nobis in scriptis exhibuit petens nostre auctoritatis confirmari munimine, quorum tenorem presentibus inseri mandauimus in hec uerba: (Hier folgt die Urkunde Acta Ranshofen am 24. April 1301). Nos adtendentes, quod premissa statuta racionibus suffulciuntur tramite et ab equitatis limite non discordant, ipsa de certa sciencia in dei nomine confirmamus mandantes sub uirtute sancte obediencie et obtestacione diuini iudicii districtius inhibentes, ne quisquam prepositus aut alius de collegio Ranshouensis ecclesie ullo unquam tempore contrarium audeat attemptare. Datum anno domini Millesirno CCC°. primo vrbani pape et martiris Patauie in curia nostra.
