Hans Wernher, Bürger zu Esslingen, verkauft um 6 Pfund Heller dem Kloster 6 Schillingheller Zins aus Haus und Hofreite, 2 Morgen Weingarten und 2 Morgen Baumgarten zu Wäldinbronn zwischen der Kelter des Klosters und Aulbrecht Werdterens Gut gelegen, alles zinsbares Lehen des Klosters unter Vorbehalt des Rückkaufrechts.
