Adolf (von Nassau), Erzbischof von Mainz, bestätigt die Stiftung der Vikarie in der Pfarrkirche Lohr (instaurationem, erectionem, dotationem et fundationem) [von 1383 Februar 1] durch Ludwig (VI.) und Kunigunde von Rieneck und stimmt allen Regelungen zu, auch der des Patronatsrechts. Datum Aschaffenburg in die sancti Jacobi Apostoli anno domini millesimo CCCo octua[!]gesimo tertio.
