Comment
Date: 18 February 1187 x 31 December 1189- after the death of Lucius III on 25 November 1185 and before the confirmation by Celestine III on 19 December 1191 where it is said that the canons' institution to the churches of Nazeing and Netteswell (see #00040253) took place while the bishopric of London was vacant. This charter therefore dates from after the death of Gilbert Foliot and before the consecration of Richard Fitz Neal .Charter on the DEEDS-homepage: http://deeds.library.utoronto.ca/charters/00040232
