854. Fine made before Geoffrey, bishop of Ely and other justices between the prior and convent and Matilda and Wynmarc the sisters of Robert, after an assize of mort d'ancestor concerning two virgates in West Haddon. For the lives of the two sisters the priory will pay 20d. p. a. to Matilda and 4d. p. a. to Wynmarc and the land will revert to the monks on their deaths. To cement the agreement the monks shall pay one quarter of corn to Wynmarc. Northampton.
