Sciant presentes et futuri quod Ego Walterus filius radulfi de hemenhale concessi remisi et quietum clamaui de me et heredibus meis deo et ecclesie beate marie de dunmawe et canonicis ibidem deo seruientibus totum ius et clamium quod habui uel quocumque modo habere potui in quinque mesuagiis duabus partibus unius mesuagii xx et quattuor acris terre et i acra bosci cum pertinenciis in uilla de hemenhale et similiter in omnibus aliis terris et tenementis que iidem canonici tenuerunt die quo hoc scriptum eis confeci scilicet primo die maii anno regni regis henrici filii regis iohannis xl secundo in eadem uilla de hemenhale et alibi cum omnibus pertinentiis suis scilicet redditibus tenuris pratis pasturis uijs semitis et omnibus aliis ad eadem tenementa pertinentibus Ita quod nec ego nec heredes mei aliquid iuris uel clamii in predictis tenementis cum omnibus pertinentiis suis in predicta uilla nec alibi sicut predictum est exigere poterimus in perpetuum In cuius rei testimonium presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus etc
