Memorandum quod anno gratie mcclvii die beati Mathei in plena curia de Herdewike Agatha quondam uxor Willelmi de Winelecote filii Pimmoti consilio et assensu amicorum suorum reddidit abbati de Haghmon[] Johannem filium et heredem dicti Willelmi ratione custodie pro quodam tenemento quod de eo tenuit dictus Willelmus iure hereditario in villa de Winelecote Et idem abbas assensus conventus sui vendidit eundem Johannem supradicte Agathe cum maritagio et custodia dicti tenementi in Winelecote ad clausum Pasche anno gratie mcclviii pro xx s de quibus xx s dicta Agatha solvet dicto Abbati statim cum dictum heredem acceperit unam marcam et de dimidia marca habebit bonum rescriptum super disposicionem dicti abbatis In huius rei testimonium dictus abbas signum suum parti uni et dicta Agatha signum suum parti alteri istius scripti modum cirographi confecti una cum sigillo Martini de Birinton[] et sigillo Johannis de Merton[] apposuerunt Hiis testibus Ricardo Smethe de Hopton[] Willelmo Banastre[] etc
