Sciant presentes et futuri quod lis mota inter r[andulfum] priorem et monachos Wigorn[] ex una parte et o[sbertum] archidiaconum de Kairmerth[] rectorem ecclesie de Lindrugg[] ex alia super pensione trium marcarum de eadem ecclesia percipiendarum item super decimis dominici de Mora et de Neweham quas petebat archidiaconus a predictis priore et monachis sub hoc fine pro bono pacis conquieuit Videlicet promisit Facta est autem hec compositio anno domini pape Innocentii tercii nono Hiis testibus Ricardo de Sapi etc
