Omnibus presens etc Radulphus filius Radulphi filii Simonis salutem Noverit universitas vestra me intuitu Dei et pro salute anime mee et antecessorum et successorum meorum concessisse dedisse et hac presenti carta mea confirmasse Deo et ecclesie beati Petri de Thurg[] et canonicis ibidem Deo servientibus in liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam duos solidos annuos reddendos eisdem canonicis ad duos terminos anni scilicet xij denarios ad festum sancti Martini et xij denarios ad Pentecosten videlicet ij solidos et vj denarios quos distrionavi de Roberto de Vylers et Maria sorore mea coram justiciis domini regis apud Notingh[] anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis sextodecimo recipiendos eisdem canonicis per manum dictorum Roberti de Vilers et Marie sororis mee vel heredum suorum Ego vero Radulphus et heredes mei dictos duos solidos eisdem canonicis vel assignatis suis contra omnes homines et feminas inperpetuum warantizabimus et defendemus Si autem in solucione dictorum ij solidorum annuorum aliquo predictorum terminorum fuerit cessatum per defectum mei vel heredum meorum ego vel heredes mei pro transgressione cujuslibet termini dabimus predictis canonicis nomine pene iiij solidos dono meo nichilominus remanente Et ad hec omnia etc
