Universis sancte matris ecclesie filiis ad quos littere presentes pervenerint Hugo miseracione divina Coventrene[] episcopus salutem in vero salutari Noverit universitas vestra nos attendentes paupertatem et honestatern religiose domus de Haghmon[] concessisse et hac presenti carta nostra confirmasse deo et beati Johanni et canonicis ibidem deo servientibus sexdecim denarios annuatim percipiendos in Mansura quadam in Foriate in villa Cestrie que est inter mansuram Magistri Ade et mansuram Willelmi Clerici quam Georgius[] filius Ambrosii iure hereditario dicitur possidere Nichilominus hospitalagium cum ad eandem villam venerint liberam concedentes salvo iure domini nobis et successoribus nostris imperpetuum in eodem Gregorio et heredibus suis et salvo iure eodem Gregorio si quod in eadem Mansura habere dinoscitur
