Date: Issued after Bartholomew became bishop of Exeter, but before no. 49 below which includes this gift. At the end of the 12th century, Roger Maskerel's two nephews, William and Ralph, quitclaimed their rights in Debourne to Christchurch (Christchurch cartulary, i, f 95)
