Omnibus ad quos praesens scriptum pervenerit Robertus de Willegby salutem in Domino Noverit universitas vestra me concessisse dedisse et praesenti carta mea confirmasse Deo et Sancto Germano de Selby et monachis ibidem Deo servientibus quinque rodas terrae et undecim perticatas in longitudine de terra mea in Westcroft de Thorp[] in escambium pro quinque rodis terrae et undecim perticatis in longitudine quas Radulfus Morfar aliquando tenuit juxta gardinum meum et unam rodam terrae in eodem crofto in excambium pro quodam fossato quod feci in Stagno suo juxta gardinum meum videlicet quae jacent propinquiores Hugoni del Wra in eodem crofto de terra mea Et quod nec ego nec heredes mei post illud excambium in eodem stagno amplius fossare vel haiare sine licencia ipsorum praesumemus Actum est anno graciae m cc quadragesimo tercio In huius rei testimonium praesenti scripto sigillum meum apposui
