Universis presentes litteras inspecturi vel audituri Iohannes de Snodenham et Iohannes de Leyton[] clericus salutem in Domino sempiternam Cum Thomas Larchier sancte domus hospitalis sancti Iohannis Ierusalem prior humilis in Anglia et fratres eiusdem concessissent et dimisissent ad totam vitam nostram triginta duas acras terre et duas acras prati cum pertinentiis in villa de Chynggylford[] que quondam fuerunt Danielis de Chinggelford[] prout in quodam scripto indentato inter nos et predictos priorem et fratres inde confecto plenius continetur noveritis nos remisisse concessisse et omnino quietum clamasse prefatis priori et fratribus omnimodum clameum et possessionem que habemus vel aliquo modo virtute predicti scripti indentati habere poterimus in quadam grava quondam predicti Danielis de Chynggelford[] in villa de Chynggelford[] que ad predictas terras et prata solebat pertinere Ita quod nos nec aliquis per nos seu nomine nostro in predicta grava quicquam clamei seu possessionis de cetero exigere clamare seu vendicare debemus nec poterimus in futuris nec licebit nobis nec aliquibus aliis per nos seu nomine nostro aliquas quercus in haiis predictarum terrarum crescentes prosternere nec devastare ullatenus In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus apposuimus Datum apud Fontem Clericorum iuxta London[iam] die dominica proxima ante festum sancte Margarete anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Edwardi decimo nono
