Sciant presentes etc quod ego Margareta filia Alexandri Picchechese in viduitate mea dedi concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Willelmo filio Radulfi de la Fenne pro homagio et servicio suo duas acras et dimidiam cum pertinentiis in Takel quas dictus Alexander aliquando tenuit unde due acre abuttant super terram Nicholai de Takel alia dimidia acra abuttat super viam ex alia parte habendas et tenendas libere quiete hereditarie integre cum omnibus libertatibus et pertinentiis suis reddendo michi inde et heredibus meis annuatim unum par cirothecarum precii unius oboli pro omnibus Pro hac autem donacione et warantizacione dedit michi predictus Willelmus in gersumam quadraginta solidos et ego Margareta et heredes mei warantizabimus dicto Willelmo et heredibus suis totam prefatam terram cum pertinentiis suis per predictum servicium contra omnes homines et feminas Hiis testibus etc
