Sciant tam presentes etc quod ego Thomas de Marisco dedi etc Willelmo de Brinkelawe clerico et cui assignare voluerit pro homagio et servicio suo 20 acras terre quas ego tenui in villa de Stebbynge de Walramo filio Goduini et heredibus suis in feodo et hereditate de feodis monachorum de Hambeye in campo qui vocatur Warefelde illas scilicet viginti acras que iacent propinquiores terre Simonis de Merk[] extendentes usque ad fossam que est in medio predicti campi de Warefelde que tendit a parco Hugonis de Colunces usque ad terram persone versus meridiem et unam percatam terre ad viam faciendam iuxta sepem persone que extenditur a prefata terra usque ad cheminum quod est iuxta rivariam habendam et tenendam sibi et cui assignare voluerit de me et heredibus meis in feodo et hereditate libere et quiete Pro hac autem donacione et concessione et carte mee confirmacione dedit michi predictus Willelmus 16 s argenti in gersumam Et ego Thomas de Marisco et heredes mei [warantizabimus] predicto Willelmo clerico et cui assignare voluerit prenominatam terram per predictum servicium contra omnes homines et feminas quamdiu predictus Walramus et heredes sui michi et heredibus meis illam warantizare poterint Et ut [hec] donacio et concessio perpetue firmitatis robur optineat presentis scripti atestacione et sigilli mei munimine sub multorum testimonio eam roboravi Hiis testibus etc
