Ad curiam cum visu tentam apud Newelond die mercurii in crastino Epiphanie Domini anno regni regis Henrici quinti post conquestum nono concordatum est inter Willelmum Dyghere ex una parte et Ricardum Doufe ex altera parte quod predictus Willelmus tenebit de domino ad firmam totam pasturam vocatam Mellemede ad terminum 20 annorum proximorum sequencium ex assensu Ricardi Doufe qui fuit inde firmarius reddendo inde domino sicut predictus Ricardus inde prius reddidit videlicet viginti solidos Et predictus Ricardus tenebit de domino ad firmam totum pratum vocatum Holmesmede ad terminum quinque annorum proximorum sequencium reddendo inde domino per annum 20 solidos sicut reddere consuevit etc
