Pateat universis ad quos presentes littere pervenerint quod ego magister Willelmus filius Thome Juvenis de Derb[] constitui et feci dominum Willelmum capellanum meum procuratorem et attornatum specialem ad faciendam domino abbati et conventui de la Dal[] plenam seysinam de decem solidatis annui redditus in Derb[] et Alwaldeston[] quos eisdem canonicis caritative contuli videlicet de uno mesuagio in Derb[] quod jacet inter terram Nicholai le Lorimer ex utraque parte quatuor sol[] et de uno mesuagio quod Benedictus de Trouweu[] tenuit in eadem quatuor sol[] et de uno tofto et crofto et de una bovata terre in Alwaldeston[] ii sol[] quod quidem toftum jacet ad capud ville de Alwaldeston[] inter terram eorumdem canonicorum ex una parte et terram Pagani ex altera parte In hujus rei testimonium eidem domino Willelmo has litteras meas feci patentes Dat[] apud la Dale die sancti Severini anno domini m cc lxx quinto Valete
