    Rectori Romandiolae, ut locum aptum in sua provincia, ubi resideat cum curia sua, recipere et munire possit. Beg. An. V. Par. 1. de Curia ep. 180. fol. 62.

    Iohannes episcopus etc. Dilecto filio Magistro Aymerico de Castrolucio archidiacono Transinge- nensi in ecclesia Turonensi Capellano nostro, pro- vincie Romandiole Rectori, salutem etc. Cum tibi ex certis causis, sicut ex parte tua nobis extitit intimatum, expediat, quod aliquem locum in pro- vincia Romandiole, cuius Rector existis, habeas pro tua residentia cum tua Curia facienda: volumus, quod locum ad hoc aptum, de quo magis videris expedire, infra provinciam ipsam pro huiusmodi residentia recipere ac fortificare et munire valeas, sicut noveris oportunum. Datum Avinione vra. Ka- lendas Augusti, Pontificatus nostri anno quinto.
