Ego Ch. comes de Herrantstein notum facio vniuersis, quod anno domini M. CC. LIIII., indictione XIII., facta racione inter me et dominum C. Frisingensem episcopum in die inuencionis sancti Stephani coram domino preposito et decano ecclesie maioris et coram magistro P. preposito ecclesie sancti Viti et domino Friderico de Montelbano et Ch. et H. notariis protestatos sum pariter et confessus, quod dictus dominus meus episcopus sexcentas libras mihi plenariter persoluit pro quibus eidem vendideram tam predia quam homines meos qui me iure proprietatis contingebant, et confiteor quod idem dominus meus episcopus in nullo alio mihi prorsus tenetur nisi solummodo in xxv libris. Acta sunt hec Frisinge, in camera sepedicti domini mei episcopi coram testibus memoratis.
