      Nos Heinricus de Hardekke iudex prouincialis Austrie presentibus profitemur, quod venerabilis in Christo pater et dominus Frisingensis episcopus apud Amstetten ostendit nobis litteras signatas sigillo venerabilis patris et domini bone memorie Eberhardi Salcburgensis archiepiscopi et domini Friderici quondam ducis Austrie, quarum tenor talis fuit:||
      Folgt nun Urkunde ddo. 1236, Juli, .....(Nr. 136).||
      Fuit etiam aput Amstetten presente domino Chunrado scriba Anaci coram nobis legittime comprobatum, quod bone memorie dominus Ch. Frisingensis episcopus predecessor eius qui nunc est, dictum forum in Aspach usque ad obitum suum possedit pacifiee et quiete. Dictus quoque dominus noster episcopus Frisingensis alias litteras signatas sigillo domini Hadmari de Chvnring (produxit?) in hec uerba:||
      Folgt nun Urkunde ddo. 1249, 30. April,.....(Nr. 156), der Ausstellungsform der Font. rer. Austr. II./l. 16, Nr. 14.||
      Tertiam quoque litteram dictus dominus episcopus opulit nobis signatam sigillo domini Ottonis de Mihsawe et Levblini Judei cuius tenor talis fuit:||
      Folgt Urkunde ddo. 1257, 18. Febr., Wien (Nr. 187).||
      Coram nobis etiam presente Chvnrado scriba Anac~i in dicto loco Amsteten extitit legittime comprobatum, quod bone memorie Ch. Frisingensis episcopus predecessor eius qui nunc est, uillam in Vrleugstorf et similiter uillam in Probstorf usque ad obitum suum possedit pacifice et quiete. Acta sunt hec aput Amsteten anno domini M. CC. LXVII., XII. kalendis Aprilis.
