Nos Ch. dei gratia Frisingensis episcopus notum facimus presencium inspectoribus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod cum inter nos ex vna parte et dominum Ch. militem de Lok nec non heredes quondam Wernheri officialis nostri in Lok ex altera orta esset super certis articulis materia questionis, ad tollendum omnem rangorem quem ipse habuimus contra ipsos, promiserunt in manus nostras fide data uice sacramenti idem dominus Ch. miles de Lok pro se et heredibus prenotatis et magister Heinricus canonicus ecclesie nostre, necnon dominus Nicolaus et dominus Grifo milites de Reutenberch nomine fideiussionis, quod idem Ch. miles et heredes. predicti condiciones obseruabunt firmiter subnotatas, primo prefati heredes nulla racione contrahent matrimonium extra potestatem ecclesie Frisingensis nisi hoc de nostra processerit voluntate, nec iidem heredes nec predictus Ch. aliquod ius in nostris castris aut in nostris municionibus sibi presument vendicare, nec aliquod odium uel rangorem habebunt uel concipient specialiter contra ipsos qui ex mandato nostro ipsias nostras municiones inhabitabunt. Ad hoc predictus C. miles et heredes vniuersos homines suos proprios de nostris prediis et colonis tenebuntur remouere. Restituet etiam sepedictus Ch. miles de Lok priuilegium patriarche Aquilegensis ad manus nostras quod datum fuit super ipsius C. heredibus diuidendis cum ecclesia Frisingensi. Promiserunt insuper pretaxati magister H. canonicus ecclesie nostre nec non Nicolaus et Grifo milites de Reutenberc quod ipsi adiuncto eis quarto quem voluerint, omnem litem omnemque questionem que super bonis quondam Wersonis uel aliis inter nos et prefatum Ch. suosque heredes vertitur, uel per amorem uel per iusticiam quando super hoc ipsos requisierimus, complanabunt. Et in huius promissionis et fideiussionis perenne testimonium presentem cedulam conscribi iussimus nostri et predictorum militum sigillorum munimine roboratam. Datum Wienne, anno domini M. CC.
