    Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis volumus notum esse, quod vbicunque in possessionibus, prediis siue fundis venerabilis Frisingensis episcopi principis nostri dilecti auri vel argenti vel alterius cuiuscunque metalli vel et salis vene reperte fuerint, idem episcopus in eisdem gaudebit per omnia iure suo, nobis et imperio similiter iure nostro in omnibus reseruato. Concedimus eciam memorato episcopo, vt metallum cuiuslibet generis in ecclesie sue fundo querere valeat imperii iure saluo. Quare sub optentu nostre gracie precipimus vniuersis, ne quis memoratum episcopum in huiusmodi suis iuribus aliqualiter audeat impedire. Huius rei testes sunt Fridericus venerabilis ecclesie Salczburgensis archiepiscopus, Petrus Patauiensis, Leo Ratisponensis, Ditricus Gurzensis, Johannes Chyemensis, Wernhardus Seccoviensis ecclesiarum episcopi, Heinricus palatiuus comes Rheni dux Bawarie, Fridericus purchgrauius de Nv°renberch. Nos in huius rei perenne testimonium presentem cedulam serenitatis nostre sigilli munimine iussimus roborari. Datum Wienne, anno domini M. CC. LXXVI., XV. kalendas Junii, indictione quinta, regni nostri anno quarto.
