Rvdolfus dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis provincialibus aliisque iudicibus et officialibus per Austriam constitutis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Cvm venerabilis Chvnradus Frisingensis episcopus princeps noster dilectus hanc libertatem et gratiam a quondam ducibus Austrie habuerit et eandem etiam a nobis optinuerit, quod scilicet nullus prouincialis vel alius ivdex quicunque in possessiones bona et homines ipsius episcopi aliquid iudicium exercere debeat nisi ipse episcopus vel officialis ipsius super exhibenda iusticia primitus requisitus negligens fuerit Vel remissus, uobis vniuersis et singulis sub optentu gracie nostre precipimus firmiter et districte quatenus nullus vestrum de bonis, possessionibus et hominibus supradicti episcopi iudicium aliquid contra declarationem et gratiam tactam superius et expressam sibi audeat usurpare, quod qui fecerit grauem indignacionis nostre offensam se nouerit incursurum. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras maiestatis nostre sigilli munimine iussimus roborari. Datum Wienne, anno domini millesimo CC. LX. VII. (!), quinto decimo kalendas Junii, indictione quinta, regni nostri anno quarto.
