Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis imperii Romani fidelibus inperpetuum. Ad vniuersitatis vestre noticiam volumus presencium serie peruenire, quod ad imitacionem felicis memorie Friderici quondam ducis Austrie et Styrie et domini Carniole nobis est placitum et acceptum et regium eciam impartimur assensum, vt si aliquem ministerialium nostrorum de Austria vel Styria aut Carniola cum aliqua Frisingensis ecelesie ministeriali vel e conuerso matrimonium contrahere contingerit, liberi ex matrimonio huiusmodi procreati et possessiones et bona parentum equaliter diuidantur, vna parte possessionum et liberorum in nostram et imperii, reliqua vero in potestatem et dominium Frisingensis ecclesie transeunte. Huius rei testes sunt Fridericus venerabilis ecclesie Salczburgensis archiepiscopus, Bertoldus Babenbergensis, Petrus Patauiensis, Leo Ratisponensis, Ditricus Gurcensis, Johannes Chymensis, Wernhardus Seccoviensis ecclesiarum episcopi, Heinricus comes Palatinos Rehni (!) dux Bawarie, Fridericus purchgrauius de Nvrenberch. Et nos in huius rei perenne testimonium presentem cedulam serenitatis nostre sigilli munimine iussimus roborari. Acta sunt hec Wienne, anno domini M. CC. LXXVII, XV. kalendas Junii, indictione quinta, regni nostri anno quarto.
