Goricie et Tyrolensis comes presentis scripti testimonio profitemur, et constare uolumus vniuersis nos karissimo domino nostro et consanguineo Emychoni venerabili episcopo Frisingensi et suis successoribus promisisse, quod quondam siquis heredum Welfonis pro collacione castrorum Welfsperch et Hivnuels et suis attinenciis ipsos aut ecclesiam Frisingensem per impeticionem aliquam infestauerit uel presumpserit aggrauare, nos a tali vexacione ipsos episcopos et ecclesiam Frisingensem nostris laboribus et expensis tenebimur eripere ac tueri.
