    Nos Albertus dei gracia dux Austrie et Styrie dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris ad quos presentes peruenerint declaramus, quod constitutus in nostra presentia reuerendns in Christo pater dominus Emcho ecclesie Frisingensis episcopus, consanguineus noster karissimus quoddam priuilegium capitulo et canonicis ecclesie Frisingensis a serenissimo domino et genitore nostro karissimo domino Rudolfo Romanorum rege semper augusto traditum et concessum nobis exhibuit saluum et integrum, non cancellatum, nec abolitum, nec in vlla parte sui viciatum petens instantius, quod idem priuilegium approbare et innouare de speciali gracia dignaremur. Erat autem priuilegii ipsius per omnia tenor talis.||
    Folgt nun Urkunde König Rudolfs ddo. 1280, 18. Oct., Brod (Nr. 368).||
    Nos itaque supra dicti domini Emchonis episcopi precibus fauorabiliter inclinati prenotatum priuilegium sicut de verbo ad uerbum expressum est, libenter et liberaliter approbamus, innouamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus, dantes has litteras sigillo nostro signatas in testimonium et memoriam super eo. Datum Wienne, XVI. kal. Maii, anno domini M. ducentesimo octuagesimo nono.
