,quod facta investigatione illi duo homines de quorum captione apud Gaprulas conquestus est, capti ab hominibus de Caprulis non fuerunt neque eorum bona, sed cum aliqui crediderant quod capti essent in alia terra Venetorum de Istria que vocatur Justinopolis, potestati eiusdem terre de hoc statim se scripsisse significat, nam domini ducis cordi est quod mercatores undecunque Venecias venientes amicabiliter et secure habeantur et tractentur.‘
