    In nomine sancte et individue Trinitatis. Ego Philippus Dei gratia Flandrie ac Viromandie comes notum fieri volo, tam futuris quam presentibus quod Giselbertus de Rullingsela, et Beatrix uxor eius î-xv mensuras terre, paulo plus, vel paulo minus, quas a me feodali iure super Hem in nova terra tenuerant, Hugoni abbati ecclesie sancti Nicolai de Butenburch, et ecclesie fratribus pro annuali censu vi vide licet mensuras pro marca, et sic per totum per manum meam perpetuo ac libere possidendas tradiderunt. Census autem iste, per tria anni tempora solvendus dividitur, ita scilicet ut prima pars eius, in festo sancti Iobannis Baptiste; secunda, in festo sancti Andree ; tercia, in media quadragesima solvi debeat. Porro ut ab liuiusmodi conpactionis federatione tocius controversie nodus auferatur, scriptique presentis attestacio rata semper et inconvulsa permaneat, eam sigilli mei impressione communiri, discretioni mee placuit. Actum est hoc anno Domini m° c° lxx° h°, indictione v, coram hiis testibus: Roberto preposito et cancellario Flandrie, Haketto Brugensis decano, magistro Herberto, magistro Gerardo, Waltero de Locra, Radulfo castellano Furnensi, Heinrico de Morscbedha (sic), Everolpho, Gerardo de Rininga, Lamberto Lusco, Gerardo filio Rembaldi, Wilhelmo Albo scabinis.
