Salgho-i Mihály Nyitra megye alispánja (Nitriensis) és a négy szolgabíró előtt Vyfalv-i Imre, valamint Sokorod-i István, Bassan-i János és Zelesen-i Mihály megállapodnak abban, hogy a köztük folyó pereket, főleg a Lypolnok-hoz tartozó erdő miatti pert Lypolnok birtokon összeülendő 8 békebíró ítéletének vetik alá.
