Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) előtt Rwdna-i Oszvald az atya-i testvére Péter nevében is, valamint Wyfalw-i Imre kiegyeznek és megszüntetve pereiket azokat 8 békebíró ítéletének vetik alá, akik Szent Mihály előtti vasárnap (szept. 28.) a Bars megyei (Barsiensi) Maroth birtokon mondanak majd ítéletet, amit a felek tartoznak elfogadni. Datum Bude, in vigilia festi Assumptionis beatissime Marie virginis, anno Domini millesimo decimo sexto. Az oklevél jobb alsó sarkában: Coram magistro Bolyary. 1.)
