A zalai konvent előtt Keresthwr-i Miklós, Benedek és Ferenc a Zala megyei Dwsnok nevű birtokukat Theryek Eleknek, Margit és Ilona asszonynak adja cserébe azok Somogy megyei Zamarkwth, Zenthkyral, Hozzywfalw, ZentMyhal és Thwr nevű birtokaiért.
