Pál comes országbíró Scarus-i Miklós fia: Miklós által előtte Scarus-i János fia: Farkas, valamint famulusai: Chama és Miklós fia: Mykus ellen - akiket uruknak kellett a bíróság elé állítania - saját előző levele értelmében Márton-nap nyolcadán (nov. 18.) indított pert - a felek akaratából, s ha időközben nem tudnának megegyezni változatlan feltételek mellett György-nap nyolcadára (1345. máj. 1.) halasztja. Az alpereseket Ogh (dictus) Miklós képviselte az egri káptalan ügyvédvalló levelével. Papíron, zárópecsét nyomával.
