Pál comes országbíró a Kellemes-i Miklós fia: István által Hangun-i Pooul fia: Beke, valamint famulusai, illetve jobbágyai - Demeter fia: Leusták és Job fia: János, akiket uruknak kellett előállítania - ellen egy korábbi oklevele értelmében előtte György-nap nyolcadán (máj. 1.) indított pert - királyi parancsra - a legközelebbi királyi hadoszlás tizenötödére (1346. jan. 20.) elhalasztja.
