Miklós esztergomi érsek Lajos királyhoz. Miután parancsára Horuati-i Lóránd fia Miklós fia János okleveleit Kont Miklós nádorral együtt átvizsgálta és azokból kitűnik, hogy János Horuati birtokot teljes jogon bírja, rendelje el, hogy a várnagy Jánost hagyja békén a birtokban, ha pedig valami jogot formál a birtokhoz, azt törvényes úton keresse.
