Bathor-i István comes országbíró annak az ügynek a tárgyalását, amely folyt Merges Miklós fia: Péter mint actor és Miklós testvér, Borsmonostori apát mint alperes között a király és a csornai konvent oklevelében foglaltak miatt - propter motum presentem exercitus - Szent Mihály nyolcadáról /okt. 6./ Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ halasztotta.
