Bathor-i István comes országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Bálint Saagh-i prépost megbízottja: Daras-i Péter vízkereszt nyolcadától - jan. 13. - a megfelelő időn át várakozott törvényszéke előtt Felső-Palohthai Verbes Ferencre és Calmar Péterre, akik a váci káptalan idéző oklevele alapján nem jöttek, nem is küldtek megbizottat, amiért a megfelelő bírságban marasztalta el őket.
