in festo nativitatis Iohannis bapt. A budai káptalan előtt Kezy-i György fia Balázs deák a felesége: Anestasia terhét is magára vállalva a beregmegyei Naghmusan birtokon lévő részét a Berek-i Szűz Mária-kolostornak és az ottani pálos rendű remeteszerzeteseknek adja, oly feltétellel, hogy azok tartoznak érte minden nap a Szűz Mária tiszteletére a Rorate celi offiummal misét mondani, továbbá a birtokot évi 12 aranyforint bérért holtáig megtarthatja, holta után pedig az teljesen a barátokra száll.
