in festo nativitatis Iohannis bapt. A budai káptalan előtt Kezy-i György fia Balázs deák, a felesége: Anestasia terhét is magára vállalva a berekmegyei Naghusay birtokon lévő részét a Berek-i Szűz Mária-kolostornak és az ottani pálos barátoknak adja oly feltétellel, hogy azok tdartoznak érte minden nap Szűz Mária tiszteletére a Rorateceli officiummal misét mondani, továbbá a birtokrészt Balázs évi 12 aranyforint bérért holtáig megtarthatja, holta után pedig asz teljesen a barátokra száll.
