A budai káptalan előtt Kezy-i György fia Balázs deák a felesége: Anasztázia terhét is magára vállalva a beregmegryei NaghMwsay biirtokon lévő részét a Berek-i Szűz Mária-kolostornak és az ottani pálosrendü barátoknak adja kikötve, hogy a barátok tartoznak érte minden nap Szűz Mária tiszteletére a Rorate celi officiummal misét mondani, a birtokot holtáig évi 12 aranyforintért bérbe megtarthatja, holta után pedig teljesen a barátokra száll.
