Ego Deta, filius Corneli comitis, omnibus in Christo pie viventibus presens scriptum inspecturis salutem in vero salutari. Quoniam causis secundum iustitiam dispositis infructuosa oblivio sepe solet novercari, idcirco quod in presentiarum geritur, congruo scripture testimonio duxi perpetuandum. Universitati igitur omnium innotescat scire volentium, quod pro remedio anime fratris mei Dominici, qui sibi elegit sepulturam in claustro Sancti Mauricii de Bel, constitui unum servum meum nomine Chekam cum filio suo nomine Chulgu et cum omnibus heredibus in futurum sibi succedentibus tali conditione, ut in octavis Sancti Nicolai annuatim conferat fratribus de Bel has exequias, videlicet L panes albos, XII ydrias cervisie, unius anni vitulum, anserem et duas gallinas; et, ut hoc servitium predictus Cheka plenarie possit persolvere, contuli sibi XX iugera terrarum et particulam silve sibi sufficientem. Item alium servum meum contuli Sancti Gerardi capelle eiusdem monasterii cuius no ... a tali nomine: Abel filius Hecchu; tamen cum tali servitio constitui, ut cum suis heredibus Beato Gerardo campanizet. Ut autem hec donatio sine aliqua retractione vel calumpnia inviolabiliter processu temporum perpetuo possit permanere, litteras presentes sigillo Gregorii fratris mei feci roborari, quia ego sigillum proprium non habebam.
