    Sciant presentes et futuri, quod ego Margareta Fitz Robert vidua, nuper vxor Roberti |, Fitz Robert, tibi Roberti Fitz Robert, nuper ciuis et groceri Londonie, dedi, concessi et hac presenti || carta mea confirmaui potentissimo et excellentissimo principi et domino noslro Edvvardo, || Dei gralia regi Anglie et Francie et domino Hibernie, quinque mesuagia mea cum perlinenciis insimul situata et iacentia in Wendegoseiane in parochia Omnium Sanctorum ad fenum London., videlicet linier aulam, vocatam Esterlingeshall, et gardinum, spectans eidem aule ex parte occidentali et dictam venellam, vocatam Wendegoseiane ex parte orientali; vno capile inde abutlante super vicum dicti domini regis, vocatam Tbamisestrete versus boriam, et altero capite inde abuttante super tenementum nuper abbatis et conuentus sancti Albani versus austrum, habenda et tenenda predicta quinque mesuagia cum perlinenciis prefato domino nostro regi, heredibus et assignalis suis in perpetuum. In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti carte mee si- gillura meum apposui. Datum Londonie, quintodecimo die mensis Aprilis, anno regni regis Edwardi quarti post conquestum quintodecimo.
