XCIX. Heinrich Graf von Salm befiehlt allen Burgmännern der Veste Hunolstein dem Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein zu huldigen. 1291 Juni 18. Nos dominus Heinricus comes de Salmis пec non Johannes et Fridericus, liberi ejus, viris strenuis et honestis vniuersis castrensibus ad castrum Hanoi- steyn spectantibu s salutem in domino. Mandamus vobis et precipimus singulis et vniuersis sub obtentu nostre amicicie et gratie, quod Nicholao aduocato in Hunol steyn, militi, presentis exhibitori, per omnia eo jure, quod Huldin vulgariter nuncupatur, obediatis. Renuntiantes illa fide hujusmodi juris, quam nobis presti- tistis, quousque eastrum Hunolsteyn ad nos per redemptionem ab eodem Nicholao fuerit revolutum. Dantes eidem potestatem plenariam rebelles compellere per ea, que a nobis jure possident feodali. Datum a. d. MCC nonagesimo primo, feria secunda proxima post festum sanete trinitatis. Orig. im Pr. Heinricus comes de Salmis, Johannes miles et Fridericus, nostri liberi, discreto viro Lodewico de Tholey o militi suo castrensi suam gratiam cum salute. Tue fidelitati tenore presentium mandamus firmiter precipiendo, quatenus domino Nicolao advocalo in Hunolsteyn seniori militi obedias eo jure, quod holdin theutonice nuncupatur, accedens cum hoc personaliter singulos castrenses nostros ad dictum castrum Hunolsteyn pertinentes, precipias eisdem pro nobis et loco nostri, quibus etiam tenore presentium precipimus, ut omnes et singuli obediant dicto domino N. ea obedientia et fide, que vulgariter Holdin appellator. Renun tiantes fide et obedientia seu Holdin, qua nobis astricti sunt ratione hujus castri, donee jam dictum castrum per redemptionem ab eodem N. advocato ad nos fuerit revolutum.
