    cernentes absque cujusdam impedimento tenendi, easdem toties, quoties necessarium ipsis visum fuerit, convocandi, in iisdem omnes causas, ip- sorum doctrinam ecclesiasticam, ordinem, disciplinam, consvetudines, vi- tamque et mores sacerdotum concernentes dijudicandi; casus itidem dis- pensationis et divortiorum inter conjuges dissidentes utriusque Confessi- onis evang. decidendi et terminandi, ita ut neque clerus romanus catho- licus, neque domini hereditarii iis se ingerant, qui ex ratione dominii nec directe nec indirecte regimini ecclesiastico se immiscere praesumant.

    Art. 2. §. 10. Matrimonia inter personas diversae religionis, id est Romano Catholicae, Graeco non unitae et evangelicae utriusque Confessio- nis a nemine prohibeantur aut impediantur. Proles ex mixto ejusmodi matrimonio religionem parentum sequentes filii nempe patris, filiae matris, excepto casu, quo personae nobiles in pactis ante initum matrimonium inter se convenerint. Copulatio a sacerdote vel ministro ejus religionis, quam sponsa profitetur peragatur; quodsi vero parochus sponsaeRomano- Catholicae copulationem denegaret, ministro religionis dissidenticae libertas esto eandem copulandi. Decreta denique, si quae forte huic sanetioni con traria ex quoeunque judicio emanata fuerint, pro nullis declarantur.
