    Nos Georgius comes, dictus Ruhgrave de Stolzenberg, et Margaretha collateralis nostra. Tenore presentium constare vo- lumus universis, tarn posteris quam presentibus, quod nos di- lectis nobis in Christo viris religiosis.. abbati et conventui monasterii in Otterburg, ordinis Cysterc. ob reverentiam Dei et gloriose virginis Marie ac nostrarum progenitorumque no- strorum animarum remedio et salute dedimus et presentibus donamus montem, qui dicitur Banholtz, adiacentem curie dicte Hanauwe, qui ad nos iure dominici comitatus nostri pertinere dinoscitur ex antiquo, et specialiter curie in Hagenauwe site, sub nostra protectione seu iurisdictione ad tenendum et possi- dendum iure hereditario in perpetuum, ad excolendas vineas quantascunque possunt in eodem, et easdem possidendas paci fice et quiete et libere ab omni censu seu exactione, excepta decima, quam de eisdem vineis dabunt secundum terre con- suetudinem generalem. In cuius rei testimonium antedictis.. abbati et.. conventui presentem litteram dedimus nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratam. Et ego Margaretha coniux pre- dicti domini G.. de Stoltzenberg sigillum meum presentibus apposui in testimonium veritatis. Datum anno Domini m.cc.xcii.
