    Ordinatum feliciter et prudentum consilio testamentum im mobile perseverat, litterarum si fuerit testimonio confirmatum. Innotescat igitur universis presentibus et futuçis, quod ego Heinricus miles de Waldecken una cum uxore mea Alheide pro salute animarum nostrarum, nec non et omnium parentum nostrorum dedimus, contulimus et assignavimus ecclesie in Ot terburg fratribusque ibidem Deo famulantibus quatuor maldra siliginis de bonis nostris in Albesheim, post decessum nostrum singulis annis in nativitate beate Marie virginis in perpetuum persolvenda, tali interposita pactione, ut predicti fratres quater in anno, videlicet in ieiuniis quatuor temporum nostri memo- riam habeant in psalmis, vigiliis et in missis, sicut solet fieri pro defunctis. Ut autem huic felici ordinationi calumpnia in posterum non oriatur, presentem paginam fecimus conscribi et sigillo domini nostri Philippi de Bolandia, in cuius districtu ipsa bona sunt sita, petivimus roborari in testimonium super eo. Actum anno Domini m.cc.lxx., in festo beati Thome.
