    Noverint universi presentium inspectores, quod ego H. . . dictus comes Irsutus, et venerabilis domina Agnes uxor mea pari asseosu et liberali donatione bona quedam in Mazholdersbach ad montem, qui dicitur Eichenhart, religiosis viris fratribus de Otterburg «ine omni retractationis scrupulo contulimus ab ipsis suisque successoribus iure hereditario deinceps in perpetuum possidenda; ita duntaxat, quod de iisdem bonis annis singulis in festo beati Martini solidum den a Horum sculteto de Rocken busen et forestarüs, vel ad nutum eorum, cui voluerint, per

    solvere tenebuntur, qui denarii occasione census debent, ut di- ximus, provenire. Verum ut hec donatio rata et inconcussa nulla nostrorum seu aliorum propinquorum possit aut debeat calumpnia infirmari, nomina testium suborari fecimus, videlicet Eckelmannum (ni), Eckardi, Conradi Lisegere et Conradi scul- teti de Rockenhusen presentem cedulam nichilominus sigilli nostri munimine roborantes. Acta sunt hec domino Walthelmo . . abbate, Wernhero priore, G. . . cellerario in Otterburg, anno gratie m. cc. xlvii. mense decembri.
